What we did

- Designed a scalable outbound engine in Clay, including prospecting logic and personalised sequencing to drive pipeline generation
- Automated external financial reporting, removing hours of weekly manual work and syncing live spend data directly into the CRM

We had an implementation team for our Hubspot onboarding but the nuances of our business were not accounted for in the set up of our instance, nor in the reporting.
