Outside of work I'll be in the garden (have firmly entered my gardening era...), training for some sports event, or finding new food spots!

I enjoy the variety that comes with being a consultant, and am always keen to learn and apply smarter ways of working – whether that’s through new tools, better processes, or using data more effectively.
Outside of work I enjoy being outdoors (hiking, or attempting to be good at paddle), working on my Portuguese, and going to see live music.

Hey—I’m George!
I’m a RevOps consultant who loves solving the puzzle of companies sales and marketing systems. Most of my work revolves around HubSpot, whether that’s setting up lead scoring, designing sales pipelines, cleaning up HubSpot, or building dashboards that actually make sense.
Outside of work, I’m usually spending as much time outdoors as possible – and when I’m at home, I’m often in the kitchen trying (and failing) to perfect my pizza dough recipe.

I love getting under the bonnet of how teams work, spotting what's slowing them down, and finding practical ways to fix it.
Outside of work, you'll find me in the sea, either braving a cold dip or trying to improve my surfing!

I'm a RevOps Consultant who loves getting into the detail. I enjoy helping businesses scale through automation and better use of their data—whether that's fixing a leaky funnel, analysing user behaviour or streamlining an internal process.
I'm particularly interested in AI and how it can solve real business problems. I enjoy keeping up with the latest developments and turning emerging capabilities into practical workflows that deliver value!

I’ll be working with the team to create great content that you can apply in your day-to-day work. Think 'How To' guides, “Tool of the Month”, newsletters, and more!
When I’m not writing content for B2Cs and B2Bs, I’m pursuing screenwriting and currently working on my first psychological horror screenplay.
Amy Batten
Community Manager
Hey—I’m Amy.
I help run Sessions with Scale – our events series and the UK home for all things RevOps.
We host fun, interesting events, from breakfast workshops to evening events with guest speakers – both with enough Gail's pastries or cheese boards to feed an army. Can’t wait to see you there!
I'm also a Market Place Success Associate at Temper UK, and a Trustee of The HUGE Partnership. On the weekends you'll find me going for a long run followed by brunch!
Louisa McKechie

Hi—I’m Louisa.
I support operations for With Scale. My job is to make sure that the internal cogs run smoothly so our RevOps consultants can do what they do best.
Outside of With Scale, I consult for other SME's and in my free time you'll find me out and about in London, usually searching out a new walking route featuring a great cafe & pub stops.
