In this module we look at how to design effective lead scoring models and segmentation frameworks that reflect real buying intent.

 

You’ll learn how to combine demographic and enagement activity to prioritise the right leads – and map this to your own funnel and GTM motion.

2. Lead Scoring and Segmentation

Here we explore how AI-powered tools can enrich leads with better company, role, and intent / signal data – at scale.

 

We’ll focus on practical use cases and dive into some of the tools themselves.​​​​​​

3. AI for Lead Enrichment & Signal tracking

Attribution can feel messy – but is critical.

 

In this module we break down how to track sources, campaigns, and touchpoints properly – to understand what’s actually driving pipeline, and avoid common attribution traps. 

4. Attribution and Source Tracking

This module focuses on mapping the end-to-end customer journey across marketing, sales, and post-sale touchpoints – while building a strategic framework to optimise customer communication and conversion across all teams.

Hey—I’m Joe. Over the years I've worked with and trained Sales teams, Marketing teams, and RevOps professionals to help ramp their progression, which I absolutely love doing.

RevOps is a massive growing sector with a ton of responsibility within startups and scaleups—aligning people, processes and datasets to ultimately increase revenue. I'm excited to teach this course to transfer some of the key skills, best practices, and insights that we have picked up along the way.
