Aaaaaaand breathe!
A HUGE thank you to everyone who joined us for our first-ever event last week as part of our Sessions with scale series! It was pretty special for us. Not only was it great to meet so many of you, but it also marked the launch of our new community, RevOps with scale: the UK’s home for all things RevOps.

We'll share more about RevOps with Scale in the coming weeks, including how to join our Slack community! But for now, here’s a recap of last week’s panel discussion—covering actionable advice for adopting AI to drive GTM success in 2025.
Key takeaway #1: AI SDRs are here and already driving results
We’ve all had our fair-share of frustrating AI chatbots on websites; chatbots claiming to be ‘AI’ with pre-programmed responses that often miss the mark, resulting in getting stuck in never ending loops. ‘Real’ AI agents are now here, and as Anika Coutinho from Uniti.AI puts it, recent advancements have drastically changed the game.

“Many of our customers use AI agents, and their customers have no idea they’re speaking to AI,” says Anika. This is because tools (like Uniti.AI) can instantly engage customers, qualify leads, and even hold their own in a meaningful conversation.
“The conversational ability of AI has come leaps and bounds in such a short space of time”, Anika says. “AI agents aren’t the future, they’re already here—and they can significantly improve early prospect conversion”. We actually tried Uniti’s Human/AI A/B test before the event and we couldn’t tell the difference!
When measuring the success of AI agents in GTM teams, the figures tell the story. “Comparing a human SDR to an AI SDR is a numbers game”, says Anika. “There’s nothing that can beat AI when it comes to speed-to-lead—and that’s coming from someone who’s managed a team of SDRs”.
With an AI agent, response time KPIs are no longer a concern. Unlike human SDRs, it’s available 24/7—freeing up GTM teams to focus on higher-value work. It’s a win-win!
To get the most out of AI agents in your RevOps team, Anika recommends becoming a pro at prompting to ensure any bot really adopts your tone of voice, as this often takes some fine-tuning.
Where you adopt AI SDRs at the top of the funnel right now will depend on your business model and likely, your product complexity.
Key takeaway #2: Humans will still want to buy from humans
For James Huckle, Founder of Transformic.AI, content creation is one of the most impactful ways AI can drive topline growth.
But a major concern with using AI for content creation is what we referred to during the panel as 'cringe’—like LinkedIn posts littered with ChatGPT buzzwords such as 'thrilled,' 'dynamic,' and 'landscape,' or images with glaring mistakes.

What ensues is platforms like LinkedIn becoming oversaturated with AI-generated content that lacks real value. The challenge is leveraging AI to save time and stay ahead while still creating genuinely valuable content.
To navigate this, James suggested using real-time systems to track top-performing posts and trending topics. Then, use them as inspiration and leverage tools to generate multiple content variations—but always add a human “taste”.

“We connect with humans, which, at the moment, AI is terrible at doing”, says James. “Humans want to buy from other humans, so once you have your content variations, have yourself or another human refine them to add authenticity.”
The message from James is clear: AI is not your competitor; it’s the RevOps teams already using the tools better than you are. So, don’t be afraid of it! Find the tools that can automate tasks, fuel rapid growth, and create content that resonates.
Some of the best content teams will be those who can ‘manage’ their AI’s most effectively. This takes editing time, knowing what to ask for, and effective prompting.
AI is making teams more efficient, it’s not here to replace humans and we’re a long way off that. It’s here to drive ROI and will likely lead to rapid growth and more hiring.
Key takeaway #3: Trial and error is part of the adoption process
Each of our speakers highlighted how trial and error is part of the adoption process. Don’t hesitate to use AI, but instead, embrace the learning curve. The companies that upskill today will be leading the market tomorrow, so start testing AI tools now.
Here are our speakers' top tips for future-proofing your business while experimenting with AI:
Research, research, research!
With the AI market moving fast, picking the right tool can be tricky. But James suggests starting with plenty of research and opting for smaller providers.
Adopting newer, specialist tools can offer better results and are often a cheaper point of entry, so don’t be afraid to go with a lesser-known company when upskilling.
Show a strong ROI for sign-off
Once you’ve chosen the right tool, the next step is to get sign-off and roll it out. For a tool that’s lesser known, this can come with its challenges. But luckily, Nima Barzin from Elliptic had the tips.
“Before getting sign-off, ask yourself: What problem are you solving?” says Nima. “Is it automating workflows to save time? Improving speed-to-lead? Churning out new content? Aim for low-risk, high-impact initiatives, and you’ll be able to easily demonstrate a strong ROI.”

Even if the tool doesn't meet expectations, it’s not time wasted. 'It’s got people thinking,' says Nima. 'Training your team on new tools will be a key part of RevOps, so starting now—even if the tool isn’t the perfect fit—gives great practice for the future”.

Look for longevity in the tools you use
For Anika, the key is longevity. Choose tools from companies with a strong customer use cases, even if their solutions are new. With everything changing at such a quick pace, a company with solid customer relations and backing is what to look out for!
List of tools:
