Long story short 📖  

Emailable is a pretty handy email verification tool designed to clean and validate your contact lists. By highlighting and reducing invalid emails it improves deliverability—minimising bounces and protecting your sender reputation/score.


This leads to higher deliverability to the active emails (if you’re racking up bounces in Hubspot, email servers may start flagging your email as spammy), healthier email lists, better engagement, and ultimately, more successful email campaigns.


Here's how it works:

  • Real-Time Email Verification: Verify email addresses in real time as you gather them, ensuring each contact added to your list is valid from the start. Great for forms and website lead capture.


  • Bulk Verification for Existing Lists: Emailable can clean entire lists of inactive addresses and identifying and removing duplicates


  • Integrations: Emailable connects with loads of CRMs (including Hubspot), email marketing platforms, and forms captures, making it easy to verify emails wherever you’re capturing or managing leads.

Best features and why we like it 👍🏼  

  • Flexible and Easy to Use: It’s so simple to start with Emailable, whether you’re verifying emails one by one or uploading a list in bulk.


    We uploaded a bulk list of Hubspot contacts for one of our clients (whose data wasn’t great tbh)—it gave us a breakdown of which emails were safe to use moving forwards—we then uploaded the list of ‘undeliverables’ back into Hubspot and marked them as non-marketing contacts.


  • We saved our client money on non-marketing contacts in Hubspot, as well as protecting their email sender score and email deliverability.


  • Real-Time Verification: We haven’t used this feature in all truth but it seems that you can capture valid leads right from the start, eliminating invalid emails from lead capture forms and keeping your CRM clean from day one.



What makes this tool different? 🦄  

Honestly, without having tried the others, we don’t really know...but ultimately we picked Emailable because it seemed so easy, and the pricing of buying credits made so much sense for us.

Unsure on this one! To be honest, this was just really good for what we needed it for (a bulk clear up)!

At the time of writing: Emailable offers a variety of pricing tiers to suit different needs, from pay-as-you-go for smaller businesses to customized Enterprise plans for larger teams and frequent verification. The base package starts at $30 for 5,000 verifications, and they also offer volume discounts.


We loved how easy it was to buy credits that we use for bulk uploads.

While we always want to remain lean and efficient with our tech-stack, a lot of companies are still in discovery mode across all fronts—which means we are all testing what is working, all the time.
