Long story short 📖  

Nooks.ai is an AI-powered sales assistant platform designed to enhance sales team productivity by automating tasks such as dialling, prospecting, and coaching.


It offers tools to increase call volumes, improve connect rates, and streamline prospecting efforts, allowing sales reps to focus more on engaging with prospects and closing deals.


We're currently using Nooks with one of our clients and it's working really well for both Inbound and Outbound leads. Essentially it's allowing the SDRs to have more conversations and spend less time on admin.



Useful for 🛠️

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs): Automate dialling and prospecting tasks, allowing more time for meaningful conversations.

  • Because you can hook up Hubspot Sequences and Contact Lists, it works well for your inbound and outbound prospecting (more below).

Sales Managers: To provide real-time coaching and monitor team performance.



Best features and why we like it 👍🏼  

1) AI Dialling Assistant—automates manual call tasks—enabling sales reps to increase call volumes and improve connect rates:


  • Importantly—and this is why we love it and it's working well for one of our clients—you can connect Hubspot Sequences and build a specific list of contacts with call tasks from a particular sequence = GREAT for inbound leads


  • You can also sync Contact Lists from Hubspot = GREAT for outbound leads and closed lost campaigns


  • Features a parallel dialler that skips answering machines and ringing, logs calls, and takes notes, allowing reps to concentrate on selling.


2) AI Coaching Assistant—Provides real-time coaching through live call monitoring and feedback.


  • Offers AI-simulated roleplay scenarios to help reps practice and refine their pitches and objection handling.

    • In all honesty we've not explored this area of Nooks much yet


You can also sync custom Hubspot properties into the Dialler view, so we know the SDRs have all the information they need from Hubspot to have a productive conversation.

Would be better if...💡  

Enhanced CRM Integrations: Deeper integration with various CRM systems (Hubspot) could streamline workflows further, such as being able to change Lead Status from within Nooks.
