It's time for Tool of the Month! Where we showcase some of the best RevOps tools in the market right now for you to try out. 🔥 In the spotlight this month, we have:
📝 🔗 Hublead 🔗
"Sync LinkedIn with HubSpot seamlessly."
Long story short 📖
Sales teams rely on LinkedIn more than ever — but because it doesn’t sync natively with HubSpot, a lot of valuable prospecting and sales activity disappears into a reporting black hole.
Hublead fixes this gap by making it easy to track LinkedIn contacts, messages, and outreach within HubSpot — reducing admin for sales teams and giving RevOps visibility into what’s actually happening.
Here’s what it does:
One-Click Contact Sync — Add contacts from LinkedIn to HubSpot with a single click, eliminating manual data entry.
Conversation Logging — Sync LinkedIn messages with HubSpot so SDRs and AEs don’t have to manually log outreach (which normally gets missed anyway).
This happens on Hublead-connected accounts only—not the rep’s entire personal LinkedIn conversations!
Connection Request Tracking — If a LinkedIn contact is synced, Hublead also tracks connection requests, helping monitor activity.
Data Enrichment (Paid Plan) — If emails and phone numbers aren’t on a LinkedIn profile, Hublead can enrich contacts with additional details (such as employee size)
Activity Tracking for Sales Managers & RevOps — Provides visibility into LinkedIn activity within HubSpot, so managers can track outreach efforts.
Fewer “black hole” LinkedIn conversations — more structured tracking of sales outreach.
Useful for 🛠️
SDRs & AEs — Spend more time prospecting, less time updating HubSpot and manually adding contacts.
Sales Managers & RevOps — Get visibility into LinkedIn outreach and sales activity.
Teams who heavily use LinkedIn — If LinkedIn is a key sales tool for your team, this stops critical data from getting lost.
What makes this tool different? 🦄
Plenty of tools enrich LinkedIn contacts with emails and phone numbers — but Hublead is one of the few that also syncs conversations and connection requests into HubSpot.
That makes it useful not just for lead capture but for tracking ongoing LinkedIn sales activity inside your CRM.
As a CRM manager, one thing to monitor... 🔍
If you’re using the free version of Hublead, or you Hublead can’t find their email, you’ll be adding contacts into HubSpot without email addresses. While this helps track LinkedIn activity, it’s not ideal for CRM hygiene and can clutter your database with incomplete records.
If Hublead can't find an email (or you run out of enrichment credits), it’s better to use a tool like Lusha or another data provider before adding the contact to HubSpot.
We haven’t tested Hublead enough to compare its email quality to Lusha or other top-of-funnel tools — so something to keep in mind.
Reporting capabilities 🧮
Number of LinkedIn contacts added to HubSpot
Logged LinkedIn messages per contact
LinkedIn connection request tracking (if synced)
Data enrichment insights (emails/phone numbers added)
Would be better if...💡
Stronger email validation — If an email isn’t available, you’re adding contacts to HubSpot without an email, which isn’t great practice. To be fair - we haven’t tested this yet. But when it comes to email validity — we always want more!
More integrations? — Right now, it’s HubSpot-focused. It’d be interesting to see if they add Salesforce or other CRMs.
Bulk adding from LinkedIn Sales Navigator — It would be good to add contacts in mass from the Sales Nav view (e.g., 25 at a time), but this may not be possible due to LinkedIn’s API restrictions.
Pricing 💲
At the time of writing: Hublead offers a free version with basic contact syncing. Paid plans include data enrichment (email/phone lookup) and additional automation.
It’s relatively affordable and costed per user — making it a great tool to test with one team first.
(Check Hublead’s website for the most up-to-date pricing information.)
What is Tool of the Month? 🤔
We started Tool of the Month to showcase some of the best RevOps tools in the market right now 🔥
While we always want to remain lean and efficient with our tech-stack, a lot of companies are still in discovery mode across all fronts—which means we are all testing what is working, all the time. We don't have all the answers. And what may work for one company and their customer doesn't work for another.
We want to showcase the tools that make our lives that little bit easier across lead acquisition, conversion, nurture, retention, and analytics (did we miss anything?!) so you can trial what works best for you!
If you have any tools that you are LOVING and think others may too, please do share them and we'll check them out!
